Following on from the Remote Teaching survey that took place over the Easter holidays, APEEEL1 in consultation with the school Management, re-conducted the survey in June 2020 with selected questions in order to update the results, to gather feedback from the two year-groups (P1 and P5) that returned to in situ classes on 25 May and to ask parents to share their suggestions for the start of the new school year in September.
The results reflected in this report show a general improvement in the concrete experience of remote teaching but at the same time growing fatigue at the situation. Both reports have been provided to the school and the teaching staff in order to improve distance learning – should it continue in any form – and to prepare for the new reality next year.
